A) How does the delivery process work?
  • Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
  • Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
  • Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Then, your item is shipped to your location.
  • In case your address falls in a location that is not served by our delivery partners, then our team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.   
B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We religiously aim to ship the products within 3-4 working days,  Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.

Please Note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

C) Can I track my order?

Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Tasya  with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner.

A) Do you provide shipping all over the India?

Yes, we do provide shipping all over the India.

B) Which locations do you ship your products?

Tasya India ships throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the country within the confines of your home.

C) What are the different shipping options you provide?

We provide standard shipping as well as express shipping option which you can choose from the checkout page while placing your order.

D) Are there any shipping charges?

No, there are no shipping charges.

E) How is express shipping different from standard shipping?

If you choose the express shipping option, you will get your order delivered within 2 days at an additional cost of INR 300 – (Currently disable due to high orders.

F) Do you provide Cash on Delivery method?

Yes, we do. You can pay in cash for your order when the product reaches your home.

G) Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, there no COD charges.

H) How are orders packaged?

We go an extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. So far, Tasya India has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.

I) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order, by contacting our customer support team at +91 6376706233

Incase, your product is already shipped and you wish to change the address, we will have to reship your order again to a different address which will charge you INR 150.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Tasya India provides international shipments, most of the shipments take place with FedEx, DHL & Aramex. We happily offer our customers lucrative shipping for all international orders.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer.  As the recipient, you are liable for all applicable import duties, customs, and local sales taxes(If any) levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Exchanges and returns are not applicable on international orders.
